• 2 tsp olive oil
• 1 white fish fillet, such as halibut or cod
• 1 clove garlic, chopped
• 1 cup diced tomatoes (salt-free)
• 1 cup broccoli
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• 1 tsp raw honey
• 1 tsp arame
• Freshly ground black pepper to taste
• 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
