Refund policy
It is Dr. Venus’ intention for you to be happy with your Program. However, because she invests considerable time and effort in your Program, if you decide to withdraw at any time for any reason, no refunds will be provided.  There is an exception to the refund policy if both of these circumstances occur: 1) Dr. Venus fails to deliver the program. 2) Client has upheld all expectations as described in the appointment intake form (e.g. Client prepares for, shows up, and participates in coaching call).
