3.  You’ll want to record your current weight and measurements. Also take your “before” pictures.

  • Take 4 measurements. Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, the largest part of your hips, the largest part of your thighs, and the largest part of your chest.
  • Take pictures of yourself in clothing where you can actually see your physique (A swimsuit or close-fitting tank top and shorts). Front, side, and back views. Have someone else take your photos or put your camera on a timer to do it yourself.
